ANALISIS PENGARUH PERENCANAAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PEMUDA, OLAHRAGA, KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA DEPOK JAWA BARAT
Abstract
The success of civil servants performance is required for the development of tourism objects in Depok Municipality as well as conducting data collection and evaluation so that the potential and problems that exist in each tourist attraction in Depok. Research Objectives to analyze and evaluate the Influence of Planning, Organizational Culture, and Civil Servants Competence toward Civil Servants Performance at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, West Java partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative explanatory method. The sampling technique used was the Census at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, totaling 49 civil servants. The results showed: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of partial planning toward Civil Servants Performance at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, West Java, which is stated to be accepted because tcount > ttable or 1.567 > 2.021 with a magnitude of 38.7%. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture partially toward Civil Servants Performance at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, West Java, declared accepted because tcount > ttable or 3.241 > 2.021 with a magnitude of 41.7%. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of employee competence partially toward Civil Servants Performance at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, West Java, declared accepted because tcount > ttable or 2.690 > 2.021 with a magnitude of 60.2%. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of Planning, Organizational Culture, and Civil Servants Competence simultaneously toward Civil Servants Performance at the Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of Depok, West Java, declared accepted because Fcount > Ftable or 31.891 >3.19 with the effect of Adjusted R Square is 65.9% and the remaining 34.1% is the influence of other factors but not examined.
