RESILIENSI MANAJERIAL HIDAYATULLAH TAHFIDZ GLOBAL ISLAMIC SCHOOLS (HTGIS) UNTUK PELAYANAN PENDIDIKAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19:STUDI KASUS TUNGGAL

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konstruk resiliensi manajerial Hidyatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic Schools untuk pelayanan pendidikan [ada masa pandemic covid-19 di madrasah-madrasah Yayasan Masjid Hidayatullah. Pemndekatan penelitian ini kualitatif dengan desain kausus tunggal. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis interaktif dan komparatif konstan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konstruk resiliensi manajerial berupa pengelolaan kapasitas perubahan, strategi fleksibilitas, strategi adaptabilitas, dan strategi pembaharuan yang menghasilkan terjaganya pelayanan pembelajaran dengan kepuasan orang tua, terjaganya akreditasi madrasah, terjaganya komitmen perubahan menjadi madrasah tahfidz global, dan kepuasan pemangku kepemimpinan tertinggi. Disarankan para peneliti selanjutnya melakukan penelitian ke 4 (empat) faktor-faktor resiliensi manajerial tersebut secara substansial pada isi dan pengaruh strategi terhadap capaian pembelajaran siswa.
