ANALISIS ULASAN WISATAWAN PADA SITUS TRIPADVISOR DI GARUDA WISNU KENCANA CULTURAL PARK, BALI
Abstract
Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) is a cultural tourism destination that offers a unique experience through its giant statue icon and deeply rooted historical values. This study aims to explore the preferences, satisfaction, and perceptions of visitors towards GWK as a cultural tourism attraction in Bali, using a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach based on the analysis of international and domestic visitor reviews. Data were collected from visitor reviews originating from various countries, which were then analyzed to identify keyword patterns, bigrams, and trigrams reflected in the visiting experiences. The results show that aspects such as the appeal of the cultural icon, memorable tourism experiences, and friendly service positively contribute to visitor evaluations with phrases like "worth visit." However, there are also criticisms related to ticket prices, unfinished facilities, and unmet expectations, as reflected in expressions such as "waste time money" and "nothing much see." These findings emphasize the importance of providing a strategic foundation for the development of GWK to improve visitor satisfaction while strengthening its position as an internationally recognized cultural destination.
