PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG DAN HARGA PRODUK DI DESTINASI WISATA TAMAN UDAYANA, KOTA MATARAM
Abstract
This study discusses the effect of service quality and product prices on visitor satisfaction at the Udayana Park tourist destination, Mataram City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product prices on visitor satisfaction at Udayana Park tourist destinations, Mataram City. The population in this study were Udayana Park visitors, the sample used was 96 respondents, the quantitative research method with sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling with several criteria. Data analysis used validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. This study used research instruments in the form of questionnaires and observations. The results showed that the significance value of the effect of service quality (X1) on visitor satisfaction (Y) was 0.001 <0.05 and the t-value was 4.520> the t-table value was 1.661, the significance value for the effect of cost of goods (X2) on visitor satisfaction (Y) is 0.011 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2.593> the t-table value is 1.661, and the significance value of the effect of service quality (X1) and cost of goods (X2) on visitor satisfaction (Y) is 0.001 <0 ,05. So, there is a significant influence of infrastructure facilities on visitor satisfaction at Udayana Park tourist destinations.
